Eulalie, vigneronne du 19ème siècle, mena les destinées du grand vin du Château de Cénac. Pour rendre hommage à cette dame, nous avons réalisé une cuvée tout à fait unique élaborée avec les raisins issus des plus vieilles vignes. Des notes boisées légèrement vanillées et de réglisse au nez, des tanins bien présents en bouche, une belle sucrosité sur une finale élégante. Issu de notre vignoble de 7 hectares établi sur un plateau argilo-calcaire exposé sud.
