Le vignoble de 12 hectares, dominant le village de Prayssac, est établi pour partie sur les plateaux composés de calcaire, d’argile, d’oxyde de fer et des cailloutis qui assurent un excellent drainage, et pour autre partie en contrebas sur les terrasses comprenant des argiles, des sables, du calcaire et des graviers. Aérer durant 15 mn, servir entre 14 et 16°C. De part sa vinification sans sulfites ajoutés, ce vin étant peu filtré, il peut présenter un léger dépôt naturel n’affectant pas ses qualités.
